A RUDNEV PERSPECTIVE
Rudnev S.A. (Pty) Ltd was founded in 1971 as a joint venture between Michael J. Rudnev Ltd. of Australia and R.J. Southey (Pty) Ltd to supply and install Rudnev's then unique panel for cold storage.
This panel has a rigid thermosetting glue line and is produced on a continuous roll press. The only limit to the length of a panel being the length of the transport vehicle.
In 1976 R.J. Southey (Pty) Ltd bought back the Australian interest in Rudnev S.A. (Pty) Ltd making it a wholly owned South African Company without any royalty obligation.
Over the years the company has integrated international concepts in cold store construction, which are now standard practice.
